Hey all its been a wile since iv really done anything with the group.
That being said I was surfing the net and one of the sites I hit for news is

so I found a section on there for conservation groups and just thought I would share that with ever one

Wilmington Trail Club(WTC)


The Wilmington Trail Club, based in Delaware, maintains 7.2 miles of the A.T. from the Delaware River at the New Jersey/Pennsylvania border to Fox Gap at Pennsylvania 191. Trail-work trips are scheduled as needed during the spring, summer and early fall, usually on week days.
Batona Hiking Club (BHC) The Batona Hiking Club of Philadelphia maintains 8.6 A.T. miles from Fox Gap at Pennsylvania 191 to Wind Gap at Pennsylvania 33. The club performs work trips as necessary. Contact Allen Britton, loralhiker@verizon.net or Susan Charkes, charkes@acm.org.
AMC-Delaware Valley Chapter (AMC-DV) The AMC–Delaware Valley Chapter maintains 15.4 miles of the Trail from Wind Gap at Pennsylvania 33 to Little Gap near Danielsville, Pennsylvania. Regular meetings and trail-work opportunities are posted on line.
Philadelphia Trail Club (PTC) Based in the Delaware Valley of southeastern Pennsylvania, the Philadelphia Trail Club maintains 10.3 miles of the A.T. from Little Gap, near Danielsville to Lehigh Furnace Gap near Ashfield, Pennsylvania New volunteers of any age may contact Paul Schubert pauls@depersico.com or Dave Scheid davescheid@yahoo.com to get involved.
Blue Mountain Eagle Climbing Club (BMECC)


The Reading, Pennsylvania-based Blue Mountain Eagle Climbing Club maintains 61.2 miles of the A.T. in two pieces, from Lehigh Furnace Gap to Bake Oven Knob Road and from Tri-County Corner to Rausch Gap Shelter, south of I-81 near Pennsylvania 443. Quarterly meetings and maintenance trips are posted on line.
Allentown Hiking Club (AHC)
Based in Allentown, Pennsylvania, AHC maintains 10.3 miles of the Trail, from Bake Oven Knob Road near Pennsylvania 309 (about 30 miles northwest of Allentown) to Tri County Corner. Meetings are held on the first Wednesday of every month. Work trips and meeting schedules are regularly updated online.
Susquehanna Appalachian Trail Club (SATC) The Susquehanna Appalachian Trail Club maintains 20 miles of the A.T. from Rausch Gap Shelter west of Pennsylvania 443 to Pennsylvania 225 north of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. SATC holds four meetings per year. The club Web site has more information on volunteer opportunities.
York Hiking Club (YHC) Based in York, Pennsylvania, YHC maintains a 7.2-mile section of the A.T. from Pennsylvania 225 at the top of Peters Mountain to the Susquehanna River. YHC schedule of work trips.
Cumberland Valley Appalachian Trail Club (CVATC) Based in Boiling Springs, Pennsylvania, CVATC maintains 17.2-miles of the A.T. through the Cumberland Valley, from the intersection with the Darlington Trail on Blue Mountain to Center Point Knob. The club meets quarterly and hosts third-Saturday work trips.
Mountain Club of Maryland (MCM) Based in Baltimore, Maryland, MCM maintains two A.T. sections in Pennsylvania: 12.7 miles south of the Susquehanna River to the Darlington/Tuscarora trails crossing and 16.4 miles from Center Point Knob to Pine Grove Furnace State Park at Pennsylvania 233. MCM also maintains the most northern 10 miles of the A.T. in Maryland. New volunteers should

Potomac Appalachian Trail Club (PATC) The Potomac Appalachian Trail Club, based in Northern Virginia, maintains 239.8 miles of the A.T. from Pine Grove Furnace State Park in Pennsylvania to Rockfish Gap near I-64 at Waynesboro, Virginia. PATC has five chapters in the mid-Atlantic region. Upcoming trail-maintenance trips and other opportunities to get involved are posted on line
