I heard that getting an inflatable pool pad is cheaper, lighter, and better as long as your sleeping bag is decent.

is that a pathfinder? how do you like it ? i have a jeep cherokee myself. just picked a used one up a few weeks ago, love it so far. its really nice to have a 4 wheel drive something if you like doing stuff outdoors and off the major roads etc.

Dolliver Park, Iowa

I got up around 8 this morning and Jaime, Mason, and I took off for Dolliver. This is just a warm up for more to come but we hiked an estimated 3 miles up and down forest filled bluffs, over wooden bridges deep under the forest canopy and through to a scenic overlook where you can see nothing but trees. I wish we could've gone farther and I wish we could stay in this state longer but I will have more entries to come from Texas and pictures to upload.
