Hello to all !!
Hy,
I just discover Hikers's journal. Just a little problem : i don't speak english very well (but i understand better than i talk).
How start ?
I'm french and i like to discover nature and walking. I have passion of wildlife, specially wolves. In 2003, i go to James-bay in Canada and stay two years in a wolf pack territory, for trying to observ them.
I learn a little how live in bush with a minimum equipment, i learn tracks, snow, hiking in winter.

Wildlife pics are perfectly fine here. I really like the ones you have already posted. Even though this site is mostly focused on hiking, I want to keep it open to all kinds of outdoor enthusiasts.
If you want good packaging places in Qc, i can tell you some, yeah. In ontario, i rest in algonquin park and it's awesome.
For my website, i will try to translate the futur project, but it's hard job to do.
If yu want to see wildlife pics, the better is my flickr page, i put the best and traduc title.

J'ai aussi remarqué que vous avez un site Internet de votre propre. Je ne parle pas de français (j'utilise un traducteur en ligne), mais le site Internet semble toujours agréable.
I lived in Ottawa for a summer a few years ago and have a couple friends still in Montreal. If I ever make it up there again I'll ask you for a good place to go backpacking.
I also noticed that you have a website of your own. I don't speak french (I'm using an online translator), but the website still looks nice.
The problem's that nobody want to camp with me ! :D i don't understand!
And until april, i return to quebec for 3 years. and i will be alone.
So, seriously, i check my friends who like camp ti subscribe here, but i promise nothing: lot's don't speack english at all :(
