Trail Days 2009 Saying Hello!

Thought I would drop a note to everyone on Hikersjournal. I'm here at Trail Days sitting in Mojoe's Cafe. A must stop when thru hiking. I'm in Tent City camping out with the craziness. And yes, it's crazy. This town is filling up with hikers as fast as I can drink to cups of Expresso. That's fast.

I'm about to see Johnny Malloy at Mountain Outfitters. Rained all night last night but totally sunny out right now. So far weather has been great. Taking some great video.

Did a section hike North on the AT on Tuesday.about 40 miles up, then got back last night.

Trail Days this year was, by all accounts, the Best Ever!! Loads of hikers, lots of fun and nice weather. If you've never been to Trail Days in Damascus, VA, by all means, make plans now to attend next year!
